Our Wedding Gown Preservation kit offers professional wedding gown cleaning and preservation along with three of your accessories included free. Your dress will be cleaned, steamed, place on a special display bust form and placed in an acid-free preservation box with a full display window.  It normally takes 3-4 weeks for the service, but in high demand season allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Everything you need is in the kit including special stickers to identify any stains that may need special attention. When your gown arrives it is carefully examined to find any stains or spots. A detailed written report is logged in and then updated through each and every step.

The hem and neckline are hand inspected and special attention is given to removing any stains in these areas. Proven stain removal formulas are used to also remove any other spots and treat the entire gown for sugar stains.

Your wedding gown is then completely and thoroughly cleaned.  The cleaning process includes a special preservation chemical that keeps the dress from yellowing.

Specially trained cleaning experts shape the gown, placing it on a full bust form.  It is then wrapped in acid-free tissue and carefully placed in a preservation chest with an acid-free display window.

The white windowed preservation box is then enclosed in a heavy duty shipping carton.

Your bridal gown is shipped directly back to you pre-paid anywhere in the U.S. via UPS. The cleaning and preserving process takes approximately 4-6 weeks after it is received.

DIRECTIONS WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOU WEDDING GOWN PRESERVATION KIT

1. Complete the enclosed order form and shipping label. If you would like the kit shipped to one address and then have the preserved gown shipped to a different address, you can indicate that preference on the paperwork enclosed with the kit.

2. Use the stickers that are provided to indicate any areas of your gown which are stained or need special attention. Please use only the stain stickers provided to avoid damage to your gown. (Hemlines are always shown extra attention so you do not need to mark the hem).

3. Place gown with any three accessories such as headpiece or veil in the plastic bag provided.  Place the white and yellow copies of the order form in the bag with the gown.  You keep the pink copy for your records. Close the bag using twist tie provided.

4. Unfold the shipping box and place bag containing gown and accessories inside. Place the shipping label on the outside of the box.  Remove the small receipt number from shipping label and place it on the pink copy of order form and keep for your records.

5. Close box and secure the box by using the shipping tape provided in the kit and ship the box to Wedding Gown Preservation Company using the instructions provided inside your kit.

IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

Once you receive the kit you will then work directly with Wedding Gown Preservation Company during your gown cleaning process. The shipping information you provide us during your order of the kit only pertains to receiving the kit. You will receive instructions and paperwork in your kit to let Gown Preservation Co. know where to ship the finished gown.  There will be an invoice number, a 1-800 number for contact with Wedding Gown Preservation company, you can track the progress of your dress and it's shipping through them.
